see all reviewsJackie is a rockstar trainer! The facility is pristine in a great location. The equipment was state of the art. You are engaged the entire time and there are screens with prompts if you ever get lost or confused as you flow through the different areas. The rapport here is top of the line. We were all encouraging one another and friendly. Experience of a lifetime. Wanted to go to this gym since it was established. ClassPass helped to make my dream a reality. I am so grateful.

see all reviewsMarlen was a great teacher! Class was definitely at more of a beginner pace. Obviously the class is in the middle of a boxing gym so it’s not exactly a cozy yoga environment. But if you know that going in, you’ll enjoy it!

see all reviewsI JUST walked out the door. Holy Pepperoli this was so fun and beginner friendly. I got a REAL workout. If you want changes, star fresh with yourself, and see results, and leave feeling fantastic, come to class with Christian. First thing for beginners, there is a quick waiver you need to sign when you walk on. There is a QR code to easily access it. They do not accept cash. Your card will be on file via the waiver that applies to booking traditionally outside of class pass, but it's not charged unless you need to buy something from the studio. note, bring hand wraps and gloves, but don't worry if you don't have it. They do sell hand wraps for $12-15, and glove rental is $10. The workout is extremely doable, and you will be reminded to go at your own pace. The instructor is incredibly encouraging, so don't be surprised if you find yourself kicking it up ten notches at your own volition. Here you'll learn to harness your power and hone in on breathing technique, punching, form, and foot work. Abs included! Get ready to box!

see all reviewsClass was great! Malik was available to give form feedback & adjust equipment. The space is pretty dark & the work outs are written on a single dry erase board in the middle of the room, making it hard to view depending on where your station is. Might be a better idea to add 2 lcd displays on both sides of room to display workouts, as well as another clock.
