see all reviewsJamie and Craig took it up a notch in this class! First timers - it's really challenging in the beginning but worth it to come back. It took me quite a few classes before I could completely follow a new routine. Plus routines are repeated for the following 2-3 weeks before a new one is taught.

see all reviewsThe studio inside is gorgeous. But the workout space is carpeted, and all the mats are kind of a soft cloth. Kind of made me wonder how sanitary it all was… great instructor, hard workout, lasted a whole hour.

see all reviewsThis class can be challenging in ways very different from a typical restorative class (which presents its challenge in stillness) and from a typical flow class (which presents a challenge in pushing through and also in the potential for injury that exists in most flow classes from poor alignment). Kyle has a wealth of knowledge. The adjustments here really help put your body in proper alignment. (Not that purposeless moving and arm an inch I find elsewhere). More than all of it though, what I love is that Kyle makes jokes (and he’s funny). A good reminder that yoga is about play and not merely “doing a workout” or “getting a good stretch.” This may not be what you expect yoga or restorative to be like, and that’s a good thing.
