    Cycle instructor to cycle instructor, Grace absolutely killed it. She was engaging, motivating, and gave one hell of a workout. 1 min sprint out in 3!? Crazy and amazing. Great playlist. I know when I come visit UVA for alumni weekend we’re I am starting every morning. Keep it up girl.

She did an excellent job of walking around the room to make sure your form was correct and making adjustments as needed.     I’m visiting town and booked a class at Salute the Sun, and holy crap was it amazing. Challenging but inclusive of all levels. Shannon is encouraging and energetic, we celebrated a regular’s milestone birthday with cupcakes, and I left wiped but feeling stronger! Highly recommend.

    The class was very intimate, as it was only myself and one other person. however, Jocelyn was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. the class was slow paced and focused on correct alignment, but highly enjoyable overall as a space to reconnect with my body. no cardio component at all.

    This isnt just a gym, but a community and a very welcoming one - well beyond what I ever could have expected (FYI Im a petite female who doesnt lift regularly, and not for an instant felt out of place). Everyone there was collectively encouraging and motivating of each other. The exercises and extensive expert knowledge of Justin created an effective, safe workout while focusing on personal goals. Go for it!
