see all reviewsI really enjoyed this! It was a bit bourgeois of a clientele and the whole gym felt like “not your average” gym. The red room concept is super dope and gets you in the mood. They have a smoothie bar, spa quality lotions and a pretty cool bathroom. And for someone like me who is a bit fearful of the treadmill, this gym will definitely help you conquer that fear! As a first timer, I wish that the floor exercises were demonstrated, but the other members knew exactly what to do so I just followed. Other than that, they give first timers a great welcome and a cute welcome surprise, which I loved!!! Great workout! Will return!

She has a perfect mix of flow and opportunities to challenge yourself. She also acknowledges how your height/mood/etc. may play a role in different positions/the practice. It was a little chaotic at first, but you end up just following what the other “campers” are doing. You definitely need to keep up, because everything is timed. You can’t really go at your own pace. CP does not advertise which type of burn camp you’re signing up for (cardio, strengthening, etc.) So I highly suggest giving them a call or checking their IG prior to booking. Overall, good workout. I’m a yoga instructor, astrologer, reiki master (level 3, not being prideful), and self proclaimed spiritual gworl and I was blown away at how much thought, love, and connection to the divine the instructor put into the class. Chanting and postures, loved them. It was really making the class interactive that made the difference though. Anyone can watch a youtube video and chant. I didn’t feel like I was being instructed. We were all going through a spiritual experience together. And the crystal bracelet I chose really resonated with where I am in my life and the things I experienced even today. And I LOVE a good card pull, okay! I like that she let each of us interpret the card through our individual lens of perception. The reading was on point. Like scarily accurate. I know I was divinely guided to this class because I barely go outside and I was compelled to attend. So if you’re reading this, you probably are too… I also recognize I’ve been taking life too seriously. I’m happy I was reminded that it’s important to play too <3
