    Brooke is simply the best and brings allll the energy. Love when an instructor does the whole class with you. I’m a former dancer and you can tell she has a dance background so if you have that history you’ll especially like her classes. The studio is super welcoming and clean too

    Aerial Hoop Beginner

    This was my first aerial hoop class! I’ve never done anything aerial, never done pole, and have no kind of experience with this hoop stuff! I take dance classes and yoga too so I’m used to exercise classes. The beginning warmup was nothing I’m not used to. The actual hoop work was definitely hard, but the teacher gave me an easier option for everything that she was teaching the other more experienced people. This made it feasible for me to take the class and feel like I got something out of it. I was able to do a couple little tricks, and I feel like I will probably take another hoop class and try again. My upper body is sore, but I knew that would happen.

    I love Club Pilates so happy to see them on class pass as this is one of my favorite workouts and a great supplement to higher intensity cardio routines. Level 1 is great for beginners - but if you have never used a reformer before probably best to do an intro class directly with the studio prior.
