Great music and even though I had a few awkward moments of trying to capture the moves, I never felt judged and you can do modifications or just keep moving your feet. Krista was friendly and great! The classes are HIIT style and you can push yourself as hard as you like with the options of different weights for each exercise. I have taken a plethora of fitness classes; yoga, Pilates, barre, HIIT, CrossFit, etc. ISI has been my personal favorite. Highly recommend.
