He intuitively provides individual attention and motivation while in a group setting. He expertly modifies and pays close attention to your form so you can challenge yourself whatever your fitness level. The studio is centrally located - so easy to get to from everywhere - and there’s lots of parking. There’s lots of equipment, the space is comfortable and clean yet not pretentious. I love that there were athletes of all ages there! You have to check out this gem of a gym!
