    I enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.

She is super approachable and will make sure youre getting the most out of class. The gym itself is really nice, huge bathrooms with a large mirrored getting ready space and great showers.
