see all reviewsWhat an AHmazing class! The teacher was VERY knowledgeable and was able to detect which organs/chakras were being released based on which yoga position we were in. It was very relaxing and I liked the hands on adjustments throughout the class. It is on a somewhat active street so I would suggest towards the back if you're looking for more privacy and quiet. I also really enjoyed the ambience of the room with dimmed lights and lavender essential oil humidifier. It was the perfect mood for some Yin.
