It was my first time taking Hustle X and I can’t say enough good things. It’s a fun yet challenging hybrid class and Lucy is such a fab instructor. Excited to make this part of my regular schedule!

    Excellent studio and a class. Room is nice and hot, clean and the individual practice space is much more roomy than other places. (Pretty sure it’s because of COVID safety protocols). Teacher was giving clear instructions and paying more detailed attention to the students to give any necessary tips and suggestions for different needs. Enjoyed it very much.

    Fantastic instructor. First oxygen class Ive ever had where the instructor did a proper savasana with hands on stretching at the end. Though it was a less challenging class than I would have preferred, better for level 1/2, it was a fantastic experience and Breanna is a wonderful instructor!

    The space was nice and had a built-in cafe. The instructor gave clear and easy to follow instructions. Workout was full body but with a focus on core and some breathing/meditation to open and close the class. There wasn’t a ton of stretching, but we were welcomed to stay and do so after on our own.     The staff where very welcoming. They showed me around the gym, how to use the keyless lockers, the facility is clean. This was one of the best classes I've done, the trainer was helpful and gave participants tips, modifications. The facility even has physios and massage therapy! Totally recommend this place!
