    I enjoyed that this class had a little bit of everything. We started with high energy, more intense exercises, then moved to some yoga flow, and finished with some deep stretches and a nice long guided meditation. Definitely left the glass feeling amazing, but wish there had been more cues for level ones. I got lost a few times and if I was a total beginner I would probably not have enjoyed it.

    D was great! She had great energy, was very friendly and had really good cues to keep proper form on your mind. The class was great, a good fully body workout. I would have liked more stretching at the end, she gave us time to do stretching I'm just not great at stretching on my own. All in all a great class and I highly recommend her.

    The staff where very welcoming. They showed me around the gym, how to use the keyless lockers, the facility is clean.
