see all reviewsAmazing class, very challenging, but Bethany always gives you multiple options to suit your fitness level. The studio is very fancy, but not in the snobbish way but in the friendly, cool way. I will definitely come back!

see all reviewsChay is brilliant - he really made the workout challenging yet doable. He’s really enthusiastic and I liked that he demonstrated everything before which helped. The changing facilities are brilliant there and my post workout shake was delicious!

see all reviewsGreat class, challenging but adjusted to different levels so that everyone can work at their own pace and towards their own goals. The changing room is relatively small but has everything you need, the selection and quality of toiletries is amazing, I love the focus on sustainable products!

see all reviewsI came to Bella’s class on squats as an absolute beginner - 5”2 tall and finding the weight of the bar challenging. It could easily have been intimidating but she was super supportive and helpful

Really clean, modern changing rooms with all necessities you need, towels available. Good selection of snacks and drinks to purchase for after a work out too

Ok imagine this. It’s 2003, there is only one style of gym. A one size fits all kinda…The Members Sessions: HSRS
see all reviewsGreat session, very personalised (there were only two people in class today!), Tamsyn is lovely and makes an effort to remember your name and corrects your form. Only downside is that class is a bit short and so I didn't feel pushed hard enough, but I'm going to try the other Strength Sessions as well to see how these exercises vary. Gym facilities in good condition, staff very friendly. Only thing is they don't lend padlocks - at least they said there weren't any when I was there - so remember to bring your own! Tl;dr: good personalised workout short enough to fit into a lunch break
