see all reviewsVery good gym! Compact but very well equipped. Nice changing rooms with hair dryers, a sauna, towels provided. Most importantly there was a friendly culture where I felt very comfortable in all sections of the gym which makes a huge difference as a woman. Plus very helpful staff.

see all reviewsThe class was excellent and don’t be fooled by the description. Im an advanced rider (Psycle, Digme, SoulCycle) and this was tough. Only issue is you wear your own shoes which made the whole thing feel risky and not secure. I also didn’t get the color coding because it goes red both with speed and resistance so it needs a bit of getting used to. But otherwise great class, happy instructor, happy me. Thanks.
