    I was bummed that Jason was out of town. But Dom is really great! Hes even harder than Jason. Not as funny, but way better in hitting each machine for some one-on-one encouragement. Love these Level 3 classes. That extra 15 minutes and faster combos make all the difference.

    Fantastic class. I really appreciated her pace and variation and the heat was just about perfect for the speed. It got just a little too hot at one point, but not too bad at all. Her music was great as well, it fit the pace and the volume wasn't too loud like some classes I've had.

    Awesome experience! Derek certainly IS the best! That was the first time I seriously ran since my ACL surgery a year ago. I've been doing tons of tough Lagree pilates and spinning, but not running. In general, it is tough to motivate one's self to run on a treadmill, never mind coming back from an injury. Derek really motivated me to do so - he spots, motivates and all in a very nice way. It felt great and the tread mills are stellar! The best I have ever run on. The work out includes floor exercises with weights for toning arms, abs and butt. All great for toning and strengthening all muscles including those protecting the knees. I will definitely be back!

    I thought Matt W. was outstanding. He started class by announcing that there would be three rounds: 8 minutes, 10 minutes and 6 minutes. He explained everything clearly and gave lots of demos. He was helpful - setting up bands and putting them away. He was encouraging and corrected form. And his runs were challenging but within reason. THANK YOU! Really wonderful class.

    This was the best Barry's class I've been to. I REALLY liked the format of eight-minute treadmill intervals, each consisting of two-minute runs spaced out by recovery walks. That felt much more reasonable and attainable than the classes that involve 21-minute treadmill intervals, where it's so long that you just know it's impossible and don't try as hard. Also Allie's floor work was easy to understand and she gave the most individual attention I've had at Barry's - including pushing me to hit my fastest sprint pace (three times)!

    This class is very hard in the best possible way! It is similar to a Barry's Boot Camp. You're on the treadmill then on the floor rotating back-and-forth for an hour. Each day focuses on a different body part. There is free parking underground. There is a water refill machine but they do not offer towel so bring your own because you will definitely sweat!

My only small complaint would be I prefer working at stations with a partner, it just keeps me a bit more motivated to push harder.     I liked the class a lot Heagan’s moves were a nice routine. Challenging. It was a good full body workout. The 5 stars are for the instructor and class she taught. I do agree with other reviews about the quality of the equipment. The machines are well past their prime, shoulder pads are cracked and every time instructions are given it’s the black machines do one thing and white machines die something else. Both are old.

The workout consists of a warm up, several stations involving some kind of heavy lifting (we had 4 stations that we did for 10 min each), and then stretching.     It was hard AF, I left feeling accomplished. This is a no frills, get in, put in the work and get out kind of place. Gary has good energy. The moves are complex and challenging. Sometimes The circuit was really had to foIlow, but Gary was really great at either repeating the exercise until you fully understood it, or modified it so you could actually accomplish it.     I love this studio so much! You learn proper boxing, not the BS at other places where you do 5 min of actual boxing and the rest is circuit training. You do 3 min on 3 min off in the ring 1:1 with a trainer! Ive been going for a couple of months and can see a difference in the way I move and punch.
