So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

see all reviewsI love Tamara’s teaching style and energy - she makes me want to push myself harder but also reminds me to be kind with myself and my body’s limitations. I love the balance of the Pilates and Yin in this class.. the movement in the Pilates is just enough to build a sweat but as soon as you do it’s time for deep stretches and calming down. Love love love it!

Exactly what I was hoping for. Just the right amount of challenge to push yourself but with enough slowness to catch your breath.
