    First time at 1Rebel, and I was seriously impressed. The facilities are superb, with amazing change room amenities. Free towels and water bottles. Smooth check in process, and very professional manner from the staff. The class was solid, with a well put together music track too. The studio is basically like a higher end, more immersive Barry’s like experience, with better treads. Definitely recommend.

    Reform-X

    The studio looks great and there are enough mirrors so you can check your form. This class moved at a quicker pace and I found it challenging in places.I do reformer classes regularly at other studios so am fairly comfortable with knowing what to expect but it could be tougher for a beginner to follow. Zoe was an attentive instructor who explained things clearly and made sure to check who was new to reformer and on injuries. As usual a good quality class from Psycle

    These classes are a great workout and the instructor was clear. My only issue is that when some of the men take their tops off in class they are super sweaty and it’s quite unhygienic how it goes over all the equipment as they wander round between sets.

    Really nice, gentle class, it’s a slow flow which is perfect to end the day. Daniela was really great, combining movements with readings. The studio was a pleasant surprise, beautifully done with a nice atmosphere. Highly recommended.

    The Members Sessions: HSRS

    Great session, very personalised (there were only two people in class today!), Tamsyn is lovely and makes an effort to remember your name and corrects your form. Only downside is that class is a bit short and so I didn't feel pushed hard enough, but I'm going to try the other Strength Sessions as well to see how these exercises vary. Gym facilities in good condition, staff very friendly. Only thing is they don't lend padlocks - at least they said there weren't any when I was there - so remember to bring your own! Tl;dr: good personalised workout short enough to fit into a lunch break
