I just dont like partner workouts. Its pure anxiety and teeth pulling for me. With that said, its a great workout. Fun bag combos, great music and vibe. I wanna come back but the anti-social me just really cant do the partner thing,

Good class. Nice teacher with good instruction. Can be as hard or easy as you like based on how much effort you want to put into hitting the bag. Facility was clean as well. Also if you already own boxing wraps/gloves you can use them vs. rent or buy the lighter muy thai ones.

Great circuit class. Lots of people but everyone fits into space well. I got to try new things like the rope machine and aqua punching bags. Very organized class includes paired cuircuits, pad work, and all kinds of bag work. Energetic atmosphere and trainer!

This is a no-frills studio in a basement that is unlike other boxing gyms. There is no street signage for the studio so it was a bit hard to find. We started with a cardio intensive workout involving 5 rounds of stair running, then drills up and down the hallway before starting on the actual boxing. They provide wraps and gloves for free. Would highly recommend.

I absolutely LOVED this class! It's one of my favorite workout classes I've ever taken. It combined elements of toning/cardio/dance/ barre and never got boring. It was challenging but Jessica always kept an eye out for form and she is so sweet. I can't wait to take this class again!

Loooooooooove Maurice, he spent some extra time after class doing some ab work in addition to the circuit we did during class. I was miserable of course but worth it! As always, emphasis on footwork to make sure our punches fly true. Worth skipping/getting in trouble for missing work every time!!

Workout w Dasha was one of my favorites EVER. She is so awesome and really gives you the why of what you're doing and inspiration along the way. ONLY thing is that the facility has beautiful showers but no towels?! What is up with that?

Giving it five stars because it's the perfect class for some people just not me. Most classes I've been to here involve bag work but this is mainly conditioning and partner work. As a south paw, I often confuse the person I partner with which is why I don't like it. The conditioning element is the best I've had but I'm just not fit enough to fully do it. One day maybe I'll return to Kenny's class.
