My only complaint is that the dots on the floor for mat placement has recently been moved back further and if you’re on the last row you’re either hitting the plants or baskets of equipment and it’s hard to do the movements for class. Fallon explains and demos each exercise clearly and is available to help with form and modifications. The gym has a lot of equipment available and I love that it’s incorporated throughout the class. I would appreciate more variety in the available lighter dumbbells, maybe a set of 7.5s and a set of 12.5s since a 5-pound difference (5 to 10 or 10 to 15) can be significant for some exercises that use lighter weights.

She had a great sense of humor and when you’re burning like that it is most definitely helpful!
