I can honestly say that from the start, Gina/ her presence, the way she teaches her classes and her killer playlists has been the best experience of all. Her classes are fun and keep you coming back for more despite the heat and initially struggling. The 60 day challenge at Dose was difficult but keeping up with it was such a rewarding experience. He threw in a lot of funny little anecdotes and comments to distract us as well. He did a good job explaining the muscles to be worked, modifications, and how to adjust the springs based on what our desired outcome was - whether heavier provides more stability for example. He is the best instructor so far out of the four classes I have taken. Highly recommended even for beginners!
