I have never done it before and it was so much more challenging than I expected and an amazing cardio workout! Lots of choreography to keep up with, but I’m sure after a few more classes I will get the hang of it. She even ended with a little bit of boxing on the bags which was a nice spin for the last few minutes. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great workout Terrie!

see all reviewsFun, fast-paced class to get a good sweat in! About half of the time is spent doing strength exercises with dumbbells/body weight and the other half at the punching bag. The punching bag was my favorite part! Got some pent up frustration to take out? Punch it out! Remembering the 6 different punches was a bit confusing since this was my first time and the instructions moved quickly, but I went my own pace. There are visual instructions projected on the wall for the strength exercises, so that was easy to follow. Music and our instructor, Jennifer, were energetic!

see all reviewsThe Row is the only place I can reliably get a great workout in where I know I'll sweat and burn at minimum 400 calories (according to my Fitbit!). For circuit training the cardio machines help me track my personal progress as my stamina has improved with each class and the owner and primary instructor Louis keeps things interesting with added weight focused exercise that you can progress on at your own pace with each class. How energy really helps you keep going and he's always available to flag down if you need help. Only spending 2 minutes at each station also makes it so you don't feel stuck doing the same exercise for too long. I've personally improved so much in the last year. I found out working out 3x a week really makes the extra difference from 2x.

It’s one of my fave classes to take on a weekly basis and 100% recommend. Studio, instructor and all classes offered at rumble are always enjoyable in my opinion. Jeneta was incredibly helpful and supportive, making sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the class. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I quickly forgot I was new to both the class and the gym. With Jeneta’s guidance, I was able to grasp boxing concepts much faster than I expected. I highly recommend this class and Coach Jeneta to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. I’m excited to join more classes and continue learning!
