see all reviewsI have been taking Well Flow with Emma H for a bit now and it’s been my favorite at Studio Fire. used to hate workout classes before I found this studio. The structure of this class is great. You do one flow and then one round of HIIT and then another flow and another HIIT and then again for a total of three times. After that it’s core and glutes and there is still time for meditation. It’s a full body workout that isn’t intimidating and you get breaks throughout. Emma does a great job making you feel relaxed and letting you know that this is your time and you can take what you need in the class but also pushes you a bit during HIIT. It’s great and Emma’s music choices are always awesome!

The class was challenging but in SUCH a good way!!!! Candice's exercises were soo fun yet so effective. I felt like I got such a good work out in. Her playlist was amazing and I really enjoyed it!
