    I have been taking Well Flow with Emma H for a bit now and it’s been my favorite at Studio Fire. used to hate workout classes before I found this studio. The structure of this class is great. You do one flow and then one round of HIIT and then another flow and another HIIT and then again for a total of three times. After that it’s core and glutes and there is still time for meditation. It’s a full body workout that isn’t intimidating and you get breaks throughout. Emma does a great job making you feel relaxed and letting you know that this is your time and you can take what you need in the class but also pushes you a bit during HIIT. It’s great and Emma’s music choices are always awesome!

    It was my first time taking IHP at Switch! Candice was such a friendly and welcoming instructor (just like everyone else in the studio). The class was challenging but in SUCH a good way!!!!     Ok I’ve been searching for a place in the area that has a genuinely positive experience. Newport/costa mesa/ Huntington can have some not so friendly people . Everyone here was incredibly nice - both the instructor and the patrons. It didn’t feel cliquey at all. The workout was hard and cardio heavy but I could pace myself. None of the moves were, but you definitely feel your muscles working. They set everything up for you too! It’s the first workout in a while that I actually feel good after.
