    I normally don't like bootcamp/ HIIT type classes, but I signed up for this one to try something new. And I'm glad I did! With only 45 seconds per station, the time went by really quickly. Everyone was really friendly and helped me feel comfortable with the structure of the class. I didn't get the vibe that I should feel intimidated or embarrassed by the fact that I was using light weights and modifying exercises, either. The instructor did a good job of modeling, and he also came around to check on everyone (especially the newbies like me). Thanks for the great class!
