    Clean, well-maintained studio, and everyone working there was friendly and welcoming. Great class with great music, and I appreciated how the instructor gave us options to stay in the saddle or out throughout class. I've taken classes at other studios where you're out in third the whole time, and it gets boring. COVID - wise, I felt very safe here. Masks are required in the common areas, and proof of vaccination is required to take off your mask once you're on the bike. The bikes are also well-spaced, so you're not too close to other riders. I'll definitely return for more classes here.

    Bootcamp!

    Awesome studio. From Sho at the front desk who greeted me so warmly (even though I was only 5 min early for my first class) to Wes teaching the class, even the people in class were so friendly and welcoming. Wes was an awesome coach, gave helpful tips on form and posture but wasn’t overbearing. He shared some funny stories, was upbeat and provided plenty of modifications for every exercise. I loved all the different kettlebell exercises and will be sore tomorrow ! But looking forward to going again soon.

    Bonnie is great at coordinating the beat with the RPMs. She varies the tension and speed with the music, builds in rest, and does not go overboard like some instructors (like 120 RPMs out of the saddle). She has great energy and is really encouraging!

    Ally is a great teacher. I like her style for explaining things and giving people multiple options within poses. This is also a gorgeous space with clean facilities and smoothie/juice/snack bar up front. Great! Wish they had more options for a Whole 30 style diet, though.

    I really don't understand the bad reviews- it's a nice gym. It isn't the newest but it's definitely not falling apart either. It's clean and has a large variety of equipment. If you're expecting equinox- you'll be disappointed but It's a great gym to go in, do what you have to do, and go home.

    Power Dance Workout

    I took a break from cardio workout to figure out a health issue and forgot how fun this class is. It’s a great mixture between cardio, dance, and muscle work. I epscially like the power dance class because it really is a confidence boost you sometimes need in life.
