    This class is amazing for participants of all levels! If its your first time, the instructor does a little huddle with you so that youre not totally out of the loop. Expect to be sore, the same day. The class I took focused on legs and butt and man did I feel it! Thank you for a great experience! I will be recommending Shred415 to friends and joining another class again soon!
