Tex is one of the most engaging and helpful teachers I’ve had in 10 years of taking yoga classes. His classes move fast and are never boring. I appreciate that he adds challenges and adapts each pose for learners of all levels. Would love to see his name on the evening and weekend schedules!

Phenomenal class! Proper Pilates mat class. None of this mat aerobics I keep seeing everywhere. The practice is based on breath and the series provides a great workout. Highly recommend!

    Pole 101 Fundamentals

Tried pole dancing for the first time and I honestly loved it. I went in a little nervous, but the instructor made the whole experience so comfortable and fun. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really took the time to guide me whenever I needed help. I learned so much in just one class and left feeling more confident and excited to come back. Such a great experience overall 🤍

Wow, this is my second session with kat and she’s really an angel on earth!! i’ve done two different styles and each time i left feeling lighter, looser, freer, and so tenderly held. she’s so passionate and amazing at what she does and the space at lucent is so soothing and also uplifting! it’s really beautiful especially being in the type of space it is (lots of different small suites for businesses). they’ve made it such a special space to receive all types of energy and bodywork. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! my shoulders are the most eased and relaxed they’ve been IN YEARS! and for you tense shoulders-to-your-ears folks, you know what a blessing that is. go to lucent! see kat! feeling amazing!

I love this class 😭 I never really felt the burn or got the hype of pilates (I’ve taken some reformer and mat classes) but this class really changed my mind! The class always flies by as we’re focused on breath and movement. Transitions are seamless and I’m always so focused because Mitchell is awesome!
