Her choreo’s are always so nice and she’s so encouraging. Absolutely LOVE this girl! And this was a 90 minute ride on a monday at 9pm and the room was full and the energy was amazing , which I think says it all! Not many coaches can do that :)

Daphne has this unique ability to make me want to push beyond the limits I set for myself but in the most encouraging and motivating -and absolutely not pushy- way. I always leave her classes feeling accomplished and like I’ve grown a little. I used to be really intimidated to join Daphne’s classes because I thought they were advanced -only, but I was so wrong. By no means am I calling her classes easy, but my point is that her classes and herself as a coach are super welcoming and open to riders of every single level. You never ever get shamed for staying in the saddle, as long as that’s what you need to stay on beat and ride in a safe way. Special mention also to this whole team behind Syncycle. Every single person there, all the coaches and every staff member are so kind and helpful and the studio is gorgeous, equipped with a cosy bar to enjoy a coffee or smootie after your ride and they even have a cute sunny garden to enjoy some chitchats whenever you want to.
