see all reviewsI love Veowna’s and Sarah’s class, they have such a great energy, they explain everything in detail, and make sure across the whole class that egeryone is doing the exercises correctly and they encourage you to challenge yourself, but there’s no shame if you need to stop for a bit. Also, I love Romans, as it’s low impact, easy to follow, whole body workout, and it never gets boring!

And she gives detailed instructions, which are easy to follow, she is clearly very knowledgeable. Molly’s Pilates classes are essential part of my life in London!

see all reviewsI enjoy this class Although my friend I went with hated it ;-( the class and room is much smaller tho than Pics lead you to believe. It’s a full on work out trampolines are small with no bar or handle for you knowledge this class is location in Elms academy and not so easy to find once inside ! Music and lights were great to the vibe and teacher was nice ! Please wear comfortable fexible trainers as you don’t take your shoes off like I had assumed I had my waterproof Adidas Terrex trainers and my feet were absolutely killing me ! Overall good and I’d defo go again ! Lots of fun 🤩
