see all reviewsKeeping it 5* because the instructor was GREAT and this isn’t their fault, but I think you should bring the different levels back. There were complete beginners in this class plus some less able to do the moves (couldn’t put feet in straps or do lunges unaided). Even though I’m not that advanced myself, I do Pilates regularly and didn’t get as much out of this class as I would expect to- as a lot of time was spent helping the less experienced/able. I get that you feel the instructors should be able to adapt the class to different levels, but how can that be possible if there are complete beginners who understandably need a lot of assistance and explanations, compared to those who do it several times a week?
