    I bloody love a tribe class it’s an ass kicking 45 mins that I always walk away from buzzing!Abbie is a brilliant instructor. She has the music banging but we can still clearly hear her. She gives tips on resistance - tweaks here and there that make a difference (and save your back!). And when you think you can’t push yourself anymore she gives you a ‘make too self proud’ or ‘just 20 seconds to go’ and Really does help get me through the class and push myself.

    Fantastic class!!! I was new and the instructor was so friendly, as was everyone there. He took the time to show me how to properly squat and rest in between. Such a tough session but loved every minute!! Thank youuuu !!! Xxx

    This class was very easy if you are fairly fit and active. The instructor set targets that were completed in about 20 seconds leaving a lot of standing around time. Would not recommend if you want an intense workout and you have a good level of fitness. Not a hard workout.
