    Forrest Yoga

Amy is an excellent Forrest Yoga teacher. This class encourages deep breathing, self study, strength, and meeting your edge with curiosity. Forrest is somewhat sweaty but not fast-moving. Air in the studio is clean, not a lot of fragrance on people, which is a big relief. (Class was very full, so may not be the best for those with current trauma). CCY is a beautiful space with plenty of room in the waiting area. Highly recommend.

    C1 - CorePower Yoga 1

The class was good but this is the second time I have gone to CorePower where there has not been a single available locker. The locker room is way too small for the number of people there. Don’t bring your valuables... or you will need to bring them with you into the studio.

    Pure Pilates STRENGTH

Good Pilates studio within larger gym with reformers and towers and lots of new nice equipment. Maria the instructor was phenomenal. Good sense of humor to keep class motivated but also really good hands on corrections and voice cues to ensure proper alignment and movements. Definitely recommend for all levels even if new to Pilates reformer work.

Lunch Hour Flow - Mixed Level I-II

A thoughtful sequence that was appropriate for a level 1-2 class. Upstairs studio can accommodate around 16 students and it sounds like the downstairs studio is a bit larger. They remembered my name when I left and seemed very genuine.

Loved this class! It is more like calisthenics than yoga and made me feel fantastic. The students all seemed like regulars and the instructor was very welcoming. I will definitely be back.
