Yin & Restore (Off Peak)
see all reviewsIt was my first Yin yoga class with Stevan, and it was an excellent experience. He is a fantastic teacher with a calm and supportive presence. The class was thoughtfully structured with a focus on the legs, incorporating a variety of poses and plenty of props to support each posture. Stevan was attentive throughout, always on hand to offer assistance with props like sandbags and blocks, which made a big difference. He also provided corrections to help ensure we were getting the most out of each pose. His positive energy and reminders to stay connected to the breath really helped me stay focused and grounded during the longer holds. Highly recommend!

see all reviewsLovely instructor and great energy. The only bit of feedback would be to save the stretches for the end - I found the flow of the class to not be a flow, indeed, but rather starting quite fiery then getting on the mat for a lot of gentle moves (which I personally prefer towards the end, thinking it’s a condensed 45 min class). Will be back tho!
