For a 45 minute workout I burned 300 calories and I really felt it! There are shower facilities which are clean and lovely but they are very small (one toilet and sink) which when you have full classes fills up very quickly, but they do provide loads of amenities like deodorant, hair ties etc

You could tell that people attending regularly which was so nice as it meant people actually spoke with one and other before the class - really lovely. The add says parking, I had to pay for parking by Queen’s Park and walk up, but it’s £2.90 for 2 hours so not bad at all. Really enjoyed the bright room, equipment was clean and it felt really nice and warm.

Really strange layout for a gym with machines scattered about, but that’s my personal opinion, the machines still functioned perfectly well and got to grips with quickly. Wasn’t hassled by staff which is GREAT. In other gyms I can’t stand when a staff member hovers over you trying to sell personal trainer sessions. Nice to see people cleaning down equipment and being respectful of the time you are using the weights (no gym bro mentality). People of all ages ranges and genders - felt inclusive and respectful.
