    Yin/ Yang (Off Peak)

I’m not into hot yoga but I take part in other classes here and they’re awesome, teachers and team always friendly and high quality classes. . Only drawback is remembering you need to bring a towel or spare mat, otherwise charged £2 for a towel. I’m not keen on practicing on a towel, neither am I keen on carrying a yoga mat as I’m usually off elsewhere so a little inconvenient.

    R|C: Signature

First Signature class, Kate was really good at giving me a different level with one of the exercises I found difficult. Definitely a step up from Foundation, I would go again but might do a few more foundations classes first to get more confident.

    Tower and Reformer Combination

Great class! Anna was a great instructor - very supportive and kind. The tower is an interesting bit of kit for any reformer enthusiast to try - I felt it worked different muscle groups while still providing that mindful movement. Would definitely go again.

    STUDIO - Flow Yoga

Zuzana’s class was excellent. The music and ambiance, clear instructions and the right balance between poses that were suitable for beginners with variations alike for more advanced people. I really enjoyed and would book again.
