    Chris was great. I love that training mate is spacious and clean. Exercises were creative, not ones you see in lots of other classes, I appreciate this because I start to get bored. 9 rounds of core work at the end of 3 circuits always gets me. I wish they did at least a couple warm up moves and stretches at the end.

    Class was great, tougher than I was expecting (in a good way). Staff was helpful, teacher was engaged and encouraging throughout. Class was 1 min intervals, 10 sec rest, alternating between assault bikes and floor exercises with all demonstrated in videos, easy to follow with 30 rounds and some group core work at the end. Gym floor is clean, showers and free parking (w/validation) all great perks that will make me return again.

    I liked the class a lot Heagan’s moves were a nice routine. Challenging. It was a good full body workout. The 5 stars are for the instructor and class she taught. I do agree with other reviews about the quality of the equipment. The machines are well past their prime, shoulder pads are cracked and every time instructions are given it’s the black machines do one thing and white machines die something else. Both are old.
