Thanks Siew!

see all reviewsLots of stretching and holding of your poses. By lots I meant looooooots. Thought I’ve familiarised or gotten better with most poses but I’ve definitely been humbled in Keat’s class 😭 Keat makes sure you get into poses right, explains how, which angle or height and which muscles you should be feeling the stretch/tightening. Will definitely come back for more!!

see all reviewsThe class was very fun! First time learning how to dance, the pace of the class can be alittle fast, but, just get loose and it’ll be great. LiRong is very encouraging and she explains the moves very well. Will definitely join her class again. Just take note, there is two parts to every song she teach. So one song, two session/class. I happen to join the second part of the song in this class. So just take note on this. Check before you book!!! (:

see all reviewsWhat a lovely experience! Yes the spa looks a little tired and is older than some other hotel spas in Singapore but it’s a gem. Such friendly staff, very tranquil environment with low lighting, relaxing aromas, greenery and soft music playing throughout. The session starts and ends with tea or water in a small room with a couple of big armchairs which extends the whole calming experience. There is a health declaration to complete on arrival. During the massage, my masseuse was very focused on ensuring I was comfortable and happy, without asking too often. She helped adjust my pillow when I asked, her touch was the exact pressure I’d hoped for/requested and her strokes were slow and long…perfect ! Would happily return - and hope to soon.

The exercises were fairly simple - 3 rounds, each round has 4 exercises that we complete 3 sets of - planks, lunges etc. The instructor switched up the exercises with different variations as we went through the sets which made it more fun. Good experience! The pool is quite deep, so if you're not comfortable swimming a little (for set up and when falling into the pool), it might not be a good option for you.
