    As a distance runner, I’m obsessed with Dash. For folks who don’t like running on a treadmill for 45 minutes it might not be great, but even then, the focused effort on changing tempo, speed durations, and hills is so essential to my marathon training. Anyone prepping for a race, idc if it’s a 5k or an ultra, should consider these classes!

    Great class! Nice studio too. Seemed pretty new, with lockers and individual changing/bathrooms. Harder than I expected as a first timer - like Pilates with resistance bands.
