The treadmill parts of class were a bit much for me to do completely at the proper levels but I felt totally okay adjusting speed when I needed to. Really great experience & good mixup to my regular workout routine

see all reviewsThere are lockers, shower, towels, water. Space is new, clean. Friendly staff! The format is very easy to follow: up to six people per “pod” w three stations. You move thru stations following a monitor demoing the exercises and guiding where to go. Nothing is crazy complex. There’s a trainer for form corrections for everyone in the room. I love the convenience!
