I would have liked more cueing about form (bring shoulders away from ears, you should feel it here, etc). The first part of the core routine was very heavy on the shoulders and wrists and easy for the upper traps to take over. I also would have enjoyed cueing to slow down the movements. Stating 30 seconds, etc was also not helpful and made me want to tap out sooner. The arms and legs routine wasn’t bad-but I would have liked for the core to be split up a little more so it would have been more effective and my body wouldn’t have compensated as much. Again-Nicole was very kind and supportive, just wanted to provide some feedback.

I also like that this class targets arm strength as well as core and legs. Super fun and I would highly recommend, especially with Arianna!
