    This teacher and class is great! Lots of energy, fun moves, and designs the class that even if you are not a dancer or that coordinated you can follow along and eventually get it through repetition. Highly recommend. Burn lots of calories while also having fun!

    Good class! They had multiple camera angles throughout the livestream which was nice. The class was a good mix of poses both gentle and building some heat. Carolyn was encouraging and supportive as a teacher, nice cues. Would recommend this class!

    Awesome class. I enjoyed the structure. It was 30 minutes of weights with 3 rounds of 5 different exercises for a total body workout. We then went into a slightly heated room for 20 minutes stretching using a foam roller with some abs thrown in. Then we did a few minutes of anti-aging recovery on a rebounder and vibrating plate. Great way to decompress while getting a good workout in! The class only had 3 of us in it and Monica was great at encouraging us while helping with form and showing me around the gym.

    Ive never felt as welcomed and part of a group as I did with this class. The other people were definitly regulars, of all different fitness levels and ages. Challenging but typical crossfit strength class. Apparently fridays are endurance crossfit classes. I would be hesitant to encourage others to try this class if they aren’t already familiar with proper form for all olympic lifts and other common crossfit exercises. That being said, everyone, including the super nice owner Dan, were more than willing to help, so if you have no problem speaking up, you’d probably be fine.
