Tony's class was great- he took a minute to review logistics for new attendees at the beginning which was super helpful. Class was tough, but a great workout and fire Playlist.

    TRAIN | cardio

Kimberly was awesome! I’ve done the train and strength classes before with other instructors and felt like there was a lot of waiting around and an hour long class ended up being only ~ 20 min of work, but Kimberly gave us the option of doing exercises during the breaks, which made the class feel much more productive. Also loved the stations/set of exercises they had set up!

Aaron is a fantastic instructor and took time during the class to better my stance and kicks the whole time. Justine was amazing and helped me get prepared for my first kickboxing class perfectly! Will definitely be going again for the great workout and fun atmosphere!

Great class! Instructor had interesting combos and kept the class fun! Advantaged cardio and abs. Wouldn’t recommend for first timers but for sure for someone who enjoys boxing!

Class was pretty empty so I got to have a a private session with Andrea and she rocked!! She was extremely attentive, and within a couple minutes figured out just how to push my to my limit without breaking me in under an hour. Low key spot, knowledgeable staff, highly recommend!!

I loved my experience at Weigh Better U. Sam, the owner, is very nice and helped me throughout the process. The community of people is also very friendly. I’m new to working out so I was nervous, but Weigh Better U is good for everyone - from newbies like me to those with more experienced. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

I took a kickboxing class with Bruno! There were only 2 other people, so there was a lot of individual attention and instruction given. I was expecting more kicking, but there was a lot of cardio and boxing. It was a smaller space, but still a great workout!

    The Phoenix CrossFit

My wife and I did CrossFit together and it was awesome. We loved our experience at The Phoenix. Many places claim to be community based but few actually succeed. The communal nature of the Phoenix was evident upon entering. We were welcomed warmly, and the class was very friendly to beginners. Even though the group was large, they had numerous coaches and we felt well instructed and helped! Definitely will be back.
