This was my first time taking her flow class and like her others, it did not disappoint. Cannot recommend her or this beautiful studio enough!

This was my first Pilates class and I was intimidated because I heard that it was all core and I am weak in that area (more reason to do it, I know, lol). She provided modifications to make it easier as well as more challenging. This class used foam rollers, exercise balls, light weights, and a ring. The class had people of various sizes and aptitudes. Mimosas and cheese were provided after class, nice touch. The owners (I assumed they owned the place) were also very sweet and welcoming. I will be back for more Pilates and Yoga here. 😊🙏🏾.
