see all reviewsI’d start with thought ClassPass states you don’t have to confirm with the studio, I recommend confirming. I called at 10am to confirm my 11am appointment for a regular mani / pedi. The owner stated that ClassPass clients can only come after 4pm on the weekends due to staffing. I had another appointment so I said I’d be in around 5pm. I was taken to the pedi chair promptly, my toes were done neatly. He applied lotion and a short massage. They have massage chairs! Then went my hands, quick and neat. I personally believe the studio would have better reviews if they called the clients first about how ClassPass schedules appointments, but I have no complaints!

see all reviewsThe nail salon definitely needed a deep clean. There was hair everywhere on the floor and it looked like the place hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The lady that did my pedicure was not friendly and told me at first they did not accept ClassPass (because she had no clue what it was). I asked her to get the owner since I had a confirmed email for my appointment from ClassPass. The massage she gave to my feet hurt more than it felt good.
