see all reviewsIt was the first time I had done an FS8 class (and used a reformer) - I loved it ! Cian was really great at showing me the ropes, which quelled any nerves! Cian had so much energy and took the time to correct form and boost morale when needed. Super supportive and fun-energy class that I’d definitely do again ! Couldn’t recommend more !!

It allowed me to do my lunges and splits etc without fear of toppling over which always holds me back but not with this setup. This is a plus point. Great class overall and instructor.
