    The class was amazing! There was a great mixture of strength training, Pilates, and yoga. The instructor was wonderful. She guided us through a lot of different exercises but also making sure to switch up difficult routines with easier ones to help us maintain our momentum. The classes ended with a few minutes of stretching and yoga which was nice to cool down. The studio was also really clean, inviting, and easy to find.

This place specializes in training for functional strength, & all trainers have been formally trained by 5x Olympic athlete (Jorge Bonnet), who developed the Purmotion equipment in this gym. All exercises are designed to align your body better & build functional strength for both sport athletes and non-sport athletes alike. Highly recommend. Underrated
