    TELEGRAPH - Deep Flow

This class is amazing. Slow and really deep in a meditative way you somatically feel into your body. Not a hard workout but it allowed me to be deeply aware of my body and slow down. Rachel is very unique in all the right ways!!!! Highly suggest!

Power Vinyasa Yoga - IN-PERSON CLASS

Rose is fantastic! Her class is challenging and invigorating with a calm vibe. I love that she has time for meditation at the beginning and end and suggested options and modifications throughout the class.

    Prenatal and Postpartum Mixed Yoga

Wonderful inviting space. The group was welcoming and all new which was fun! The teacher led a relaxing yoga class and was very accommodating. She did go over time about 15 min so some people had to leave during shavasana. I this was a bit disturbing during quiet resting pose to hear people gathering their things to leave. I would suggest ending on time, and allowing those who can linger to then do introductions/talking. We did intros after the yoga class part but before shavasana which felt a bit odd. Maybe do this before class starts? Will come back!
