    Great training, small group. More personalised & better to start with than F45. The trainer was kind & helpful, & readily shared his knowledge too. Only issue was the protein drink - thank you for it, but vegans be very careful. It doesn't matter why I refuse to drink milk, it only matters that I don't. To say the drink was "Vegan-friendly" & then later for me to read "Contains Milk" is not ok. Please say it contains whey, & let me make my own decisions. Unfortunately this teaches me not to trust what people say, & to insist on reading the ingredients.

    Hyrox Boot Camp

    I recently attended a Hyrox class at Beyond Performance Gym through ClassPass, with Alan Hoon as the instructor. This was the first time my wife and I tried out Hyrox. While it wasn't an official class, it served as excellent preparation for the real event we're planning to join at the Singapore Expo later this year. We had a fantastic time, and the entire experience was very pleasant. Alan is extremely friendly and approachable, making the class welcoming and non-intimidating, even for beginners. I highly recommend this class, instructor, and gym for anyone in a similar situation as my wife and me.
