    Power Flow

With a 75 min class, you get an intense flow and some much dedicated time for stretching too. I usually attend hotter yoga practices at other studios, but really liked the extended time to focus on both aspects in this class. Will be back to this one.

Urban Hot Flow in Studio A2 High ceiling

Devon is the best instructor here by far!!! Amazing flow, perfect pace, good balance of effort and ease, great playlist. Wish she would have encouraged ujjayi breathing a bit more...lots of loud gasping/panting from other yogis which was super distracting. Also if you can’t do the poses without panting it’s a good sign you should back off and take a break...

    Beginner Bungee Workout

Fun! If youre new to bungee, definitely take this beginner class that covers the basic skills. Instructors were very welcoming and patient. Surprisingly, it was a good workout even though it didnt feel terribly strenuous- I walked out good & sweaty. Class starts with a brief warmup before putting on the bungee harness (jog, shuffle and power skips). Then, you put in special shorts (reminded me of neoprene hot shorts) before being fit with the harness. The instructors help you put on the harness, make sure your bungee is the right length setting, and strap you in. Then, you learn various skills that are built gradually into choreography to a song. It took some getting used to, but was a lot of fun once I learned to trust the bungee. Class ended with a short cool-down stretch. Get there 15-20 minutes early your first time to read and sign a release (yes, the release does allow studio right to video you, which previous reviewer must not have noticed?). Looking forward to next time!

    Warm Vinyasa Yoga

Great workout. The pace was a little fast so intermediate or advanced yogis will appreciate the challenge. Jessalyn took extra time after class to assist new practitioners on some of the poses.
