    Great pace, super welcoming and accessible. This was my first beginners class after having taken a handful of classes at MOOV and it was great. Challenging but not too much which was what I needed today. Erica also offered opportunities to increase the challenge level for most moves.

    Robyn was a great instructor- would take her class again. Would really like to see some Wednesday and Thursday afternoon classes at this location for the after 9-5 work crowd. The classes offered seem pretty limited on these days.

    this class was SO fun i would’ve never known about these stairs if it wasn’t for this and it was so nice being outside. the stair sequence was simple but KILLER and the arms/abs were acc a nice break from it. only reason i gave it 4 stars was because it was mainly self managed and the instructor was also doing the class so i feel it should cost less credits
