see all reviewsThis was definitely something different for me, for the full moon as was mentioned, which I appreciated! It was definitely challenging, I was sore for 2 days after! Unique poses & transitions. Definitely more Hatha than Vinyasa imo, but holding poses for longer is challenging! I was still able to be present because my muscles were working so hard LOL

see all reviewsAna’s classes tend to be a challenge, even as an experienced dancer. Beginner classes are much more like intermediate classes. Yet they are so much fun! Ana is a great and fun instructor and I recommend all her classes but don’t be surprised if it can be tough to keep up!

see all reviewsI was afraid of going back to a ballet class after 25+ years of not going… but the format and teacher Brianna made it so accessible! So cool to learn from a professional dancer. I did notice the other students wore leotards and tights with the ballerina bun hair, but I was just in workout pants and a tank top (and ballet shoes.)
