I was not aware of this when I booked, I guess I didn't research enough and I didn't see it posted anywhere as a notice. I greatly appreciate the staff calling it out, because I had read that in the waiver I signed but wasn't sure. They were very accommodating and allowed me to exchange my reservation for a little later time slot so I got to use their ice bath and sauna room. Overall, I wasn't able to do the Float like I signed up for, but I am thankful the staff was knowledgeable and allowed me to do something instead so I didn't just leave disappointed.
